TO ALL GRADE 10 Completers/Incoming Grade 11 Senior High School Students:

Be informed that the DEADLINE for Voucher Program Application (Private Education Assitance Comittee Department of Education) for all schools is on July 20, 2020. You are therefore advised to enroll on or before the said deadline (as per Department of Education advisory).

Note: Students who wish to enroll in off-summer subjects may write a letter of intent to the Registrar through the College Dean. Requested subjects may be offered and opened with a minimum five (5) enrolles in each subject.

REMINDERS FOR COLLEGE ENROLLES

(OLD STUDENTS)
  • Subjects offered for Summer & First Semester are already available & posted herein. It is advised that you choose your subjects according to the sequences found in your course / program prospectus.

  • Before coming to school for the enrollment, it is understood that you bring your copy of the Subject Code, Subject Description, the time / schedule of the Subject and the Room Assignment of the Subjects you are to enroll.

  • Secure a copy of the enrollment form through the window at the main entrance by paying the Registration fee, fill this up completely at designed chair provided outside of the entrance and submit this at the main entrance counter. Wait for your enrollment copy before you leave.

  • Before coming to school for the enrollment, it is understood that you bring your copy of the Subject Code, Subject Description, the time / schedule of the Subject and the Room Assignment of the Subjects you are to enroll.

  • Secure a copy of the enrollment form through the window at the main entrance by paying the Registration fee, fill this up completely at designed chair provided outside of the entrance and submit this at the main entrance counter. Wait for your enrollment copy before you leave.
REMINDERS FOR COLLEGE ENROLLES

(TRANSFEREES)
  • Subjects offered for the First Semester for all courses offered by SAMSON POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OF DAVAO are available and posted herein. It is advised that you choose which course/program to enroll and identify the appropriate subjects which you intend to enroll based on your initial and personal course/subjects evaluation.

  • Upon enrollment, request for the Course Prospectus, attach this to your Transcript of Records or Grades Clearance (from school previously attended) and submit these through the window at the main entrance for initial subject evaluation. Stay at the designated seat outside of the main entrance and wait for the evaluation result.

  • Once the evaluation result is returned, pay the Registration fee and an Enrollment form will be provided. Fill up the Enrollment Form completely with the subjects recommended for you to enroll during the semester.

  • Submit the completely filled up Enrollment Form together with the required credential of the School Staff. Wait for your enrollment copy before you leave
